If you meet our criteria for eligibility then please download an application form for completion.
Information required
Please ensure that all the documentation listed is sent with your completed application form. Consideration of your application will be delayed if you do not send all the required information.
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate (Widows/widowers only)
- Death certificate (Widows/widowers only)
- Most recent letter from the pension service, confirming the current amount of your retirement pension and pension credit
- Most recent P60 form in respect of private or occupational pension
- Most recent council tax bill
- Most recent water services bill
- Bank statements for the last 3 months
- Most recent rent statement (if appropriate)
- Most recent mortgage account statement (if appropriate)

Applications will be acknowledged and generally will be considered by the Board of Management at their next meeting. These take place every three months. All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
